1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and handed to our shipping carriers within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). In rare cases, high order volume may cause a slight delay. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it. PLEASE NOTE – From time to time items will be backordered, so this may also delay your shipment.
Carrier Partners: We partner with trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery. After your package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier. While we monitor shipments, we cannot directly control transit times or handling once the carrier has possession.
Tracking Your Order: For the most accurate and real-time updates on your package’s location and delivery estimate, please use the tracking number provided and check the carrier’s website directly.
Shipping Insurance: Shipping insurance is included on all orders. This insurance protects against packages that are lost or damaged by the carrier during transit.
Lost Packages: We must allow a waiting period of 20 business days from the date of carrier pick-up before we can officially declare a package lost and file an insurance claim.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. To file a claim, we require clear photographs of the damaged product and the shipping packaging (both inside and outside boxes). This is mandatory per our insurance provider’s rules.
Theft: Insurance does not cover packages stolen after a successful delivery is confirmed by the carrier. Elitebiogenix.com is not liable for stolen packages.

2. RETURNS & REFUNDS
All Sales Are Final – No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the sensitive nature of our research products and the potential for tampering, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items: We stand behind the quality of our products. If an item arrives damaged or is suspected to be defective, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.Anecdotal claims will not be accepted. We will require clear photographic evidence of the issue. Upon review and approval, we will, at our discretion, issue a replacement or a refund for the affected product.
Missing Items: If your order is missing an item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and details of the missing product. If we verify the claim, we will promptly ship the missing item to you. We use a checklist, double verification standard and photographs to verify these claims, and we keep a photograph of your order on file for 3 business days.
Fraud Prevention: To protect our business from fraudulent claims and ensure order accuracy, we photograph all packages with their shipping labels before dispatch. For high-value orders, a signature will be required upon delivery.

3. PRODUCT TESTING & QUALITY GUARANTEE
We are confident in the purity and quality of our products.
If you choose to have a product tested by an accredited, third-party laboratory and the Certificate of Analysis (CoA) shows a purity of less than 95% or a quantity more than 10% under the labeled dose, we will cover the cost of the test and issue a full refund, store credit, or replacement for that product. Anecdotal claims will not be accepted.
Important Notes:
This guarantee does not apply to compounds where the labeled dosage refers to the entire salt compound, and the yield of the active component is scientifically established to be lower (e.g., a 50mg peptide salt may yield 25mg of the pure peptide). It is the researcher’s responsibility to understand the yield of their compounds.
The lab must be accredited, and we must be able to verify the test results directly with the facility via telephone in the United States.

4. CHARGEBACK POLICY
Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team to resolve an issue is a serious matter.
If you initiate a chargeback:
Your account and all associated information (name, email, address) will be permanently banned from future purchases at Elitebiogenix.com and may be shared with a network of other vendors for fraud prevention purposes.
The chargeback will be contested with all relevant evidence, including your order details and our policies.
If the chargeback is resolved in your favor, a $35 processing fee will be deducted from any future order or refund to cover administrative costs.
